I have a tin of rice pudding (full fat) in the cupboard. I want to give some to my youngest (21 months) but he'll only have about 1/4 of it. Normally I would just scoff the rest (I'm the only other one who likes it, but that's probably not a good strategy just now. Can you freeze tinned rice pudding - will it go all yacky when I defrost it?
