Debenhams Suit hire - Any experiences?

When OH's brother got married (will be 6 years ago this year) they got their suits from there and were absolutely fine.

Also, I used to work in Debenhams in the wedding department and apart from the odd problem (which is inevitable) the experiences people had were good.

We were thinking of hiring suits from there but the only suit that is in the colour scheme is the one his brother had for his wedding so don't think that would be appropriate!

WE HIRED FROM DEBENHAMS, THE SUITS WERE FANTastic (sorry for shouting over there <<< but the ordering procedure was a shambles...

Went in, got measured, and offered to pay, but was told to pay on collection.

Rang them a few days prior to collection for times etc and the suits weren't ordered as we hadn't paid !!! ?

We were less than amused, but the guy did try to sort matters out, and asked when we were measured. This was some random day that we didn't know the date of, but that's the date the order is entered into their diary, its not listed against your wedding day which would be easier to refer to !

We had no idea, so this guy had to search for a couple of hours to find our measurements, then luckily still arranged the suits.

All's well that ends well...
