Decoration brides house - ideas

My cousin (in law 2 b?!?!) is getting married next week back where we live but not where she lives. We were planning on surprising her and decorating the house - any ideas? Was thinking of doing a sign but not sure what to write on it.

Was also think paper flowers hung around the house?

    Fill the bath & float rose petals in there (had this in Thailand)

    Put some nice candals and body wash/creams in their bathroom

    Chocolates on their pillow

    A big sign saying 'Congratulations' or 'Congratulations Mr and Mrs XXX'

    A sign on the front door saying 'carry over the threshold'

    I know these are a bit cheesy!

    Lovely idea but word of warning. You may be advertising to all and sundry that house will be empty for a couple of weeks while inhabitants are on honeymoon. And it's full of lovely new wedding presents...

    Sorry - didnt explain this very well! It's where she will be getting ready in the morning. She will be arriving in the morning and we thought it would be nice to decorate the house.
