Is it possible to delete the ceremony tab from the guest list part of the tool?

Not sure you can delete the tab, but you could just not assign any guests to it so it would be empty

Yes. They suggested to just not allocate any people to it ( so essentially ignore it). It seemed to work and then I added a new tab which I then allocated people to ( with the correct label )
