Hi, I spoke to my sister in law to be today & she said she had a dental hygienist clean up her teeth before the wedding. I’ve never been to one...is this something I need to factor in? 😕

I go every 6 months for a scale and polish and it does make a difference. Also it’s good at preventing gum disease.
