I'm looking for some advice, I am getting married in July 2022 and have 3 bridesmaids and 1 man of honour. Me and my husband to be have been discussing budget etc and i'm wondering if the bride is supposed to pay for the bridesmaid dresses?
I am looking to pay for their hair and makeup to be done but don't think we can cover the cost of both, would it be horrible if I ask them to buy their own dresses? The only thing I would make sure is that the colour is the one that matches the wedding theme but I would be happy for them to choose a dress that would suit their own bodies and something they would feel really comfortable in.
