Do I need an underskirt with this dress? HELP

This is my wedding dress, I have tried it on loads and love it but in comparison to the picture it seems to have less shape at the bottom and seems a bit flat. I bought this at a sample sale so unfortunately cant go back to the shop and try it wiht an underskirt.

Would a fishtail underskirt help create this look??? Thanks girls!! ?

I bought mine at a wedding fair so no hope in trying it on with an underskirt... bought a cheapy one on ebay but knew when I tried it on it wasn't quite right. So I phoned up the flagship store of my dress designer and although they wouldn't allow me to take it in to try (I would have bought the underskirt at £95!) they did tell me which jupon skirt they would recommend with my dress... I then found one on ebay for £45.

I would say that maybe your dress just needed some fishtail netting rather than a hoop?

Might be worth a phonecall...
