Do Monsoon sizes come up on the big or small size?

Want to order a top online but not sure what size to go for as lately I can be one of two sizes, depending on the shop.

I'm thinking with the style of it, I could maybe afford to go to the lower size? Any ideas?

In addition, the model here is wearing it with leggings. I have some smart white linen trousers and wondered if this would look okay? It's for an afternoon wedding reception and also a christening a few weeks later (noth July).

    I find Monsoon sizes to be very much on the big side.

    oooh thats pretty! should look fab with the trousers, i also find they come up slightly bigger but i am thankful for that!

    ooh, I'm glad you posted this actually. I bought two tops recently which I thought were sized incorrectly and impatiently dismissed. Will head back and get the size smaller!

    Mind you, black is more classic, right? And easier to accessorize? hmmm
