Probably a silly question but do you include yourself (the bride and groom) in numbers for venue, wedding breakfast, reception buffet, etc? x

Yes.

ETA: Possible exception - our ceremony room numbers was as well as us.

Yes. you need to include yourself in numbers for food etc or you'll be going hungry!
