Does anyone know how much a harpist costs?

nicnol, 22 November, 2010 at 15:23 Posted on Planning 0 3

H2b is dead set on having a harpist play before ceremony and after while drinks reception is on so assume for about 3 hours max i'd assume. How much do you think this will cost if anyone out there is having one!?

I'm not too bothered but I suppose he doesn't ask for much to be happening during the day so if budget can stretch to it I'm sure we can do something!! x

I think we are paying £425. That's pre ceremony, walking up the aisle, signing of register, ception drinks and through the meal. I think you can get them a little cheaper but I know she is good as my sister had her. My OH wasn't that keen but I wanted live music, and he saw her at a wedding fayre the other day and agreed it was a lovely touch x

I'm paying £215 for ceremony and drinks reception (total 2 hours) plus she will do 15 mins or so as guests are arriving to warm up.
