Does Hitch Reveal Seating Plan?

Hi, ladies,


Random question following the drama with my MIL-to-be and the whole ‘Ivory dress’ issue.
She said to my fiancé today that she’s offended that she’s not sat at the top table but is instead sat with our children. Notably, there is no top table but just a sweetheart table, because I don’t have parents and family, etc. But we’re now sat here wondering how she knew she wasn’t sat at the top table and that she’s sat with the kids. Does Hitch reveal the seating plan tool to guests who have RSVP’d?

    I thought she wasn’t coming any more after your FH told her to take the dress back?! What a nightmare you have had.
    No idea re the website I’m afraid as I haven’t used that part of it. I’m only here for the checklist and forums. Good luck with everything.

    No, she isn’t coming. It’s just they had a conversation (well, argument), and one issue she mentioned was the top table, hence me wondering how she even know this anyway.


    It’ll all be fine. Just a huge stress and a huge dampener in the lead-up, but anyone wanting to cause stress can leave us to it!

    Do you think you might have mentioned it to her?

    Alternatively - have you mentioned it on this forum? Because if that's your real photo in your profile pic, she's probably read everything you've written about your wedding (including your comments about her dress) so you might want to change it to something anonymous!

    As far as I'm aware it isn't revealed... how odd that she found out if you didn't mention it! I'd just say you're not having a top table and leave it at that. It's not like you have one and she didn't make the cut when it's literally just you and FH!

    It isn't something anyone can see unless you have put it on your website where your guests cango. Maybe it was mentioned in convo in the past with her or someone else, or she is just trying her luck and assuming. She isnt comingnow I see so don't let it bother you, it is not worth your energy
