Does Red and Silver go?

Our theme was Red, Gold and Ivory as it's christmas and the reception venue uses red and gold as it's theme. I can't find gold shoes for the bridesmaids and am now debating red, silver and ivory. Changing the gold baubles on the tree to silver and me wearing a silver dress.

Does red and silver go?

I used to have some red & silver roller boots when I was young...and I thought they were fab! (the silver was in lightening bolt shapes ?

I think Silver goes with everything and much prefer it to Gold - think it looks more modern. Red, Silver and Ivory will look brilliant.
