Don't mess with the Zohan

We went on Saturday. Shouldn't have been a surprise to me as, with the exception of The Wedding Singer, Adam Sandler gets right up my nose ... but I thought it was absolute bilge.

The bits I saw on the ads I laughed at but my H said in no uncertain terms would he be watching it, he said it looked rubbish. I love Adam Sandler but sometimes his stuff can be funny (Big Daddy) and some stuff can be a bit stupid (Little Nicky), I got the feeling that this was the latter.

No no no it is absolute shiiiiiit! He blatantly rips off Ali G as well.

I saw in in America a few months ago, and really thought it would go straight to DVD over here. Hideous film!?

I loved, loved, loved 50 first dates, seen it about 12 times ?

I also loved Click, but not really seen anything else Adam Sandler has done.

Me too, there's just something about him.

I love all his films which is perhaps why my opinion seems to be the acception to all of yours. Funniest have to be Happy Gilmore and The Wedding Singer.

I enjoyed the Wedding Singer and 50 First Dates, but what about The Waterboy? Do you love that, fans of AS? Really...?!! ?

My 14 year old son went to see this with his pals and said it was "SO funny", so I'm guessing that I would hate it!

That's my absolute faviourite film in the world (along with Hairspray). I had to buy a new copy because my first one got too scratched. I lent it to a friend last Thursday and I'm already beginning to wonder if it would be unreasonable to ask for it back. ?

Im not overly keen on the films he talks odd in (Little Nicky, and I think this one) altho I wouldnt say its terrible.

Sparks you have to watch Big Daddy, I love 50 First Dates but I prefer Big Daddy but I think that also has something to do with Rob Schneider and Steve Buscemi.

Truly awful film, possibly the worst I have seen this year! I like AS but this was just a pile of unfunny poop.

Sorry have to disagree with you all!! I've been in a foul mood for the last few weeks so my friend dragged me to the cinema tonight to watch Zohan and I laughed my socks off!! It's not classically funny it's quite stupid but I really enjoyed it!!

Yep, that's the best thing, it's stupid funny!!

The only truely bad AS film i've seen is one called Punch Drunk Love, just terrible. And one which must have been one of his first films where he's on a ocean liner doing something which was dreadful. Everything else he's done has certainly been watchable though.
