I always thought I wouldnt mind MrMini organising the whole thing TBH, he has vey good taste. ?

The closing date is the 5th. The email just said one of the team would be in touch. Its for the new series this year though, i know that much! If youre not in it, you cant win it! If we arent chosen its not a big deal, we will get married eventually!

No the premise of the show is, they give you 12k for your wedding. The groom has to plan it in 3 weeks on his own with no input from the bride at all. no contact nothing! and from what they said in the email they will be filming sometime this year and we werent going to plan our wedding this year anyway!

lol too late i have! i also said that he has the worse memory ever (which is true) and he forgets absolutely everything and i mean everything...hes constantly losing stuff and forgetting pin numbers etc, there is no way he would remember what i want for our wedding!

If I were you, I would think about pretending you want different things for a wedding. They may question you separately. You could describe your perfect wedding as something you would hate e.g.

I did think about applying myself, but we wanted the wedding this year and we could afford to pay for it (our budget is NOT £12k though!). I too trust my oh to make a decent job of it and thought about pretending to be worried and exaggerating my bossy side (and pretending I want a church wedding when I want registry office, that kind of thing!).

Good Lord! Lucky you for having a chap who wouldn't spend 10 of the 12k on his stag night.... (Yes I mean you Mr Pompey)!
