Hi all,
So having had my dream wedding day I am now looking to get my dress (which is pretty filthy now!) cleaned and boxed. I don't want to go through the bridal shop I bought it from as they are quite expensive and their customer service, once I had paid over my money, was not very good.
I have been looking online and found Terrington Burchett. Does anyone know anything about them - are they any good? I liked that they seem to take responsibility for any damage caused (to beads etc) whereas a lot of dress cleaners don't seem to. But quite scared of posting my beautiful dress off to some strange company! Any feedback would be very welcome!
