Due to give birth before wedding - help

I know I need to postpone the wedding, we’re thinking maybe to the same weekend following year I’m just wondering how do you tell guests? Some have already booked accommodation etc I just feel like I’m being an inconvenience

Would you not be best to ask the venue first if they will get refunds? And if that weekend was available the following year so when you contact them you can have answers already. For example, we have to postpone our wedding due to us having a little baby, we notice you have booked accommodation you will be able to get a refund or if you are able to come the following year on such and such a date you can move your booking until then. Something like that. You are not an inconvenience, life happens. Good luck and congratulations. ❤️
