I haven’t used them but I am planning to as they have the colour dresses I want for bridesmaids and a possible dress that could suit all - but ordering online is always so nerve wracking especially when it needs to be right for several different body types! Would also love to know if anyone else has used them before!

Getting married next July so planning to order one in a standard size to try on one of my bridesmaids just to see how it sits/material/colour etc. so I can get a refund if they’re no good. If they are nice then will prob custom order the rest (custom orders can’t be fully refunded if there’s an issue)

Hi all, just to say I was looking at Duntry too so I ordered some swatches of colours, they can fine but they come from China. Having read some reviews it’s a Chinese company not actually in the UK. It’s seems this makes any alterations or returns quite difficult from reading trustpilot. I think if you get what you want it’s great and cheap but if you don’t they only refund 80% and charge you to send back (only what I have read I haven’t actually ordered a dress).

I once purchased a bridesmaid dress from Duntery and it was perfect. So well made & exceeded my expectations. Stitching was highly professional and the material used is extremely high quality. The staff were so helpful, prompt in responding & answered all my questions & all my requests were honoured. Highly recommend Duntery, as they cater for customised preferences too. They are very very good. Oh ! When I wore the dress everyone appreciated it so much & were impressed with the high quality & how beautifully it was made.

Returns policy sucks. Went to send the dress I bought back. Paid £9.99 postage and will have to pay shipping back to them… at which point they’ll only refund 80% so from paying £86 originally I’ll get £68 back (plus the cost of two lots of postage!) not a good returns policy at all!

I ordered Duntery bridesmaid dress for my friend's wedding. She is absolutely gorgeous and fits perfectly! So pretty. The quality and craftsmanship of these dresses are exceptional. The dresses had arrived on time as expected and we love them very much. I'd definitely recommend.

Do not order from here. The website appears to be UK site but actually everything is made and shipped from China, so if you need to return the shipping is so expensive that it isn't worth returning. They also only refund 80% of the price. The shipping costs to send 2 dresses back and the reduced refund price add up to more than the cost of 1 dress. I ordered 3 dresses. 2 of them were the same size and a very similar style but they arrived in completely different measurements. The one was absolutely huge, at least a size bigger than the other, and now we are stuck with it. You do not need this stress and wasted expense before your wedding.

Further to me review on 16 October, the company have now offered me £29.75 if I remove my negative reviews. I wondered how there were so many positive reviews and no negative ones. I guess now I know. I'm not taking the compensation so that I can warn others.
