Hi - We also booked through earcandy for our wedding and we havent had any contact from the DJ we booked so not sure what to do now! Who did you email to resolve this? The enquiries email does not exist anymore and phone number does not work either. Thanks!

Hi the only email I have is this ***@************.**.** you will have to keep sending emails to Ben each day like I did before he replied also send your booking number over each time.
You will get automatic email back but don't worry keep send a email each day it took me about 2 weeks to get the band we booked information.Also any money you have paid earcandy you will have to get this back and pay you dj separately now as that we have had to do with our band.

We have only just found this out as we needed to email them. Out wedding is in September and we booked the indie heads and have paid £600. We have received no information or emails about the company going bust. Does anyone know how I contact the band directly or how we get refunded?

Having looked into the company I can see that the director Benjamin Rogers has set up a new company at the end of last year with a similar purpose
