I have been following the progress of many of you on here, I have now decided to make some significant changes in my life to include the ELMM (hitched) plan! Do you follow a set meal plan and exercise schedule?
I am 13stone 3 at the moment and want to get to 9 stone ish. I have a fab holiday in two months to look forward to and want to look elegant and a thinner - is it possible to lose 2 stone in 2 months?
