Emotional unavailable mother

I don't know if this is the right place to post something like this but I'm hoping someone will give me some sort of advice. My mom recently lost her partner and I feel like I'm the one that mothering her. She doesn't want a relationship just company and always somehow talks to the most idiots going that bring her partner up that passed away to hurt her. I've tried talking to her telling her she needs stability in her life as a friend, I've tried advice like a daughter and I've tried shouting with anger cause its just mind f@#ing for me. She's literally not listing to a word I'm saying n said before I'm an adult now it's upto me if I want to be in her life or not she isn't chasing me. I always thought a parent is suppose to love her children regardless on how old they get ?? Yet this is the woman that's suppose to be giving me away.
