Engagement party catering

Hey guys,

Hoping you can help me out! We are having our engagement party in a few weeks and doing the catering, I've made a start and have been putting things in the freezer. We are kind of limited on what we can take to the pub, originally was only allowed cakes and crisps but got them to agree we can bring some savoury items.

Our numbers aren't finalised yet but it's looking like 60-80 people, so these are the quantities of the food:

Cheese scones- 24

Cheese and bacon scones - 24

Mini chicken sausage rolls - 20

Mini pork sausage rolls - 20

Chocolate cupcakes- 40

Vanilla cupcakes- 40

Triple chocolate brownies- 30

Malteser cookies - 30

Sweets

Crisps

Breadsticks

Popcorn

Pretzels

Is that enough? We are starting the evening at 7.30pm and finishing at midnight

That's not enough. You really need enough of each item so that each of your guests can have one each. E.g. so if you have 80 guests, each guest will only be able to have one savoury item, either a scone or a sausage roll.

If I were at an event that lasted 4.5 hours and all I got to eat was a sausage roll, a cupcake and a few crisps, I'd be starving!
