Entertainment on a budget for a very small wedding

Emily, 26 October, 2021 at 20:55 Posted on Planning 0 2
We are getting married at a big house which is also a holiday let, it has loads of rooms so everyone is able to stay over. I'm really stuck for entertainment ideas as we're having such a small wedding and not having a disco so no dj or no band. We're going to be having our own bbq/build your own burger type thing, and we'll probably have an afternoon tea type thing with a selection of cakes etc. The food is the only entertainment idea we have! Anyone else have any other ideas???

What about a cocktail master class? They could come and do a demo then your guests can have a go and make their own. Or a magician show

I agree with Charlotte - a cocktail class would be great! You could tailor the cocktail choices to be yours and your partner’s favourite. You can also get personalised cocktail toppers with your initials/wedding date which would be a nice too

I remember reading an article (I think on hitched) and they suggested doing a bake off style thing with their guests which they then ate as their dessert. Could be a nice alternative to booze as well
