Eyelash tinting- how close to wedding?

It does lose potency so 3 weeks is too long really, I would suggest 2 weeks max

I would suggest a week before.

If you can have them done more than once as in 7 weeks before then 1 week before I owuld go for that. So you know your sensitivty to the dye (even though you will have a patch test to test this) but also becuase the more you have them tinted the better your lashes take the dye.
