Family Game Ideas

Hey everyone,

I need a little bit of help, I'm planning a family get together. There will be people of all ages there.

Has any one got any ideas for games we can play. Anything ideas would be gratefully recieved.

    At Christmas, we sometimes play DVD-based family games - you can buy Family Fortunes, trivia quizzes, Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?, etc.

    Articulate always a winner.

    We went to a games night with friends the other week and she had watched old episodes of Family Fortunes and made a note of the questions and answers. She gave the year and the question. It was quite funny trying to guess answers from the 80s. We played boys v girls (girls won, obvs).

    We play a music trivia game called Buzz that you plug into the TV or maybe PS3, that's always good for a laugh.

    You could just do the old classics like charades, and post-it notes stuck to forehead Guess Who?

    Are you in a town/city?

    www.huntfun.co.uk do treasure hunts which are really good fun. I organised one for my sister's hen party, and did prizes for the winning team.

    I would recommend Cranium and Balderdash, we always get them out at Christmas
