Warhol all the way for me. Particularly the Velvet Underground cover. It's very difficult to find a pic of the original one with the zip but some were reproduced as a sticker, like so:

Oh and Grayson Perry. I LOVE him. Here's just one - this is The Map Of Truths and Beliefs (but too small to really appreciate).

I just love this piece of outrageous sculpture! I like the way it says we don't have to be afraid of natural processes:

I really like work by Degas, Howson and Dali.

In a more classical sense I love this piece by Turner

And for something more modern, I love Terry Bradley's work!

For a little pop culture reference, I have always loved 'The Fallen Madonna with the big Boobies':

Not to derail but the more I think about Allo Allo, the more confused I become. Everyone spoke English, but they would speak in German or French accents to denote they were speaking that language. Vicki Michelle switched from French to English, and what about Officer Crabtree speaking with a fake English accent on top of a fake French one...? Yet back in the 80s, we all just accepted it.

You've just reminded me about Otto Dix, studied a lot at A level, but haven't really looked at his work since ( 13 years now!) fabulous stuff though.
