Festival Wedding Advice Please!

Hi, me and my partner are planning a festival style wedding in 2024 in our own family field with a marquee and food vans instead of a sit down meal, we are in the very early stages of planning and I am already at a loss, instead of having to rely on family or friends I didn't know how we go about arranging for someone to keeping us on time with cake cutting/first dance/speeches like an MOC but they would also need to be co-ordinating the food vans, and setting up bits around the wedding like fire pits/ marshmallow stations and just general bits like that, can you hire a MOC for the day? or would this be more a wedding planner/co-ordinator? I really want to pull this wedding off but I just want our family and guests to enjoy the day and not have to worry about anything. Thank you
