Final numbers

Hi Girls,

Wondering if you could share your thoughts, As you may all know the venue doesnt normally ask for final numbers until about 2-4 weeks before the actual day. But my question is, i am an absolute organise freak and want to start getting all my centre pieces way way before that.. what would you do in the instance that you still may not have all the RSVPs back? We have it that there are 12 tables based on who we have on our guest list, should i just order the 12 anyway?

    Are you ordering them from a supplier or making your own?

    If your ordering from a supplier you’ll have to pay a set deposit to hold your date. It’s unlikely they’ll get to making these until closer to your wedding date, so you could always ask them to make less/more when you have final numbers.

    If you're making your own, I would suggest buying the higher amount and you can always sell them on after, if you don’t need them.
