Fire and Ice Theme ideas? *FLASH*

Hey,

I have been reading everyone elses ideas and about everyones themes and as I have been doing research for mine I cannot find as much as you all have been able to. My H2B decided he would love a fire and ice theme as my dress has a red back and he loves blue so with this theme we could combine the colours. We are having red, ice blue and silver colours but I am tying to find little extras to include. Some of my extras at the moment are a bit musical themed as we are both into music but the decorations and stationery we ar elooking for themed things.

I was hoping to pick your brains and would be happy for anyone to pitch in inc. any suppliers with anything interesting.

    Two thoughts that immediately spring to mind are an 'ice blue' star backdrop behind the top table, and those uplights with the fake flame effect, whose proper name escapes me right now (it's a light, a silk "flame" and a small fan that makes it move - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/NEW-FLAME-BLAZE-EFFECT-LOW-VOLTAGE-FLOOR-LIGHT-LAMP-/250782907264?pt=UK_HomeGarden_Lighting_Lamps_Lighting_SM&hash=item3a63d37b80).

    I LOVE the lillies. They'll go really well with the dress...and smell beautiful!

    Wow, love the dress picture and think the theme is really original and going to look lush!

    In terms of bringing the ice into other elements, you could use crystal/diamante to give that effect (see below but obviously in wrong colours)



    Feel free to look through my designs for inspiration but all the designs are handmade so can be changed and can be done in any colour theme.

    Am dying to know if you are going to have an ice scuplture!

    I read the title and thought it was twilight due to fire and ice ? lovely theme though

    I can understand that as I love twilight but only the books lol but I am trying to avoid twilight lol.

    I am loving the ice sculptures and I would LOVE one especially the fire one!

    I love some of the ideas and I love the fact everyone is so creative!
