I agree. I'm not a fan of either of those songs, they're quite over-done weddingwise.

Do you have a song that means something to you two? Even if it's just a song which jogs a memory? I think we are going to have lighthouse family 'high', might be a bit of a sad sounding song but means a lot to us.

I love Heaven although not having it myself as been to a friends wedding with it recently! Faith Hill's song is a sad song about loosing someone you love.... but yes I was a big fan of Savage Garden when their song was out!

We're having Oasis for our first dance - not traditional but it means loads to me and OH. Can't wait to shuffle around to it on the day!

I have a real aversion to this song. Not sure why- think it was massively overplayed at the time it was out and used to really annoy me. Even now, I have to turn the radio over when it comes on! That said though, I can see why it would be a good wedding song, and a much better choice than DJ Sammy...

"Always" is about being with another man - so not really an appropriate wedding song in my opinon - you need to listen to all the lyrics!

Having said that, we want to have Many of Horror by Biffy Clyro and am looking forward to seeing the puzzled looks on everyone's face

Excellent. 'Mountains' is our song, we diddnt use it on the actual day though because a lot of guests could be confused by the lyrics we thought.
