Birdboo, That is a lovely cake. Cup cakes are very popular, do you know if you are supposed to serve 1 per guest? That might be a realy stupid question but hey ho ?

Yes they're icing - we're having layers of then and a fruit cake on top decorated in a similar fashion... I'm going to allow 2 cupcakes per guest plus fruit cake...

I've had many a dress wobbles about my dress and still having some now...but hey ho got plenty of time to get it sorted and am sure all will be fine on the day x

What kind of cake are you after? a traditonal cake, cupcakes?

Our ceremony venue!

We are serving one per guest both breakfast and reception, so about 100 which my Gran is making and decorating! The top cake is going to be a normal fruit cake, for about 20 which OH Gran is making and I'm decorating. The Best Man is allergic to nuts so we are playing it extra safe by doing everything ourselves.

I think i may end up going more traditional as we have 100 in the day and 200 at night and not sure i can afford that many cupcakes!

Hair - Currently about boob length lol, i think i want it either down or half and half. I'm having a veil but wearing it at the back rather than top of my head.

this an idea for our cake except its going to have Purple and silver ribbon around the base of each and will have butterflies instead of the flowers but ours will be heart shaped. The base is going to be fruit cake the middle chocolate sponge and the top chocolate fudge cake.

This is an idea for my flowers but i want purple. the bm's will be 3 single gerberas in same colour.

The restaurant is supplying the wedding cake which I will pick when I arrive in Italy. I don't imagine it will be very weddingy but I'm not too bothered. We are planning on having a evening reception for friends when we get back home though, and I will probably choose something like:

I have been considering the M&S Cake option also. Someone i know had one and said it was lovely. Think i will see how much the lady i'm going to see on monday quotes first.

This dress is beautiful. When i was dress shopping, everytime i saw a dress even remotley similar to this i tried it on but my figure just couldnt carry it.
