FLASH Me your tea length/ ballerina / short wedding dresses!

cookiekat, 13 of October of 2011 at 12:10 Posted on Planning 0 26

I've realised that I rushed into my dress purely beacuse it was the first dress that I didnt hate. The dress isnt me and doesnt really suit me sooo I am going to sell it and find a dress I love.

Go ahead go flash mad! Can you let me know roughly how much it cost and what its called/brand

This is a new website launched recently; the dresses are lovely and extremely well priced too. There are a few shorter styles on here: www.kittyanddulcie.com

I'm sure she won't mind me posting this, but one of my Happy Clients was the fabulous TahDah. This is her tea length dress. She had a hot pink petticoat too.

MOH said not to get rid of the dress I have till I find one I love just in case I dont love any other dress and end up with no dress at all. I suggested getting married in white jeans and white t shirt OH not overly impressed with that...lol

I got Jenny Packhams Selene - its a lovely dress but I bought it when I couldnt find a dress I even liked let alone loved and it was the first dress I liked - so out of fear of not ever finding a dress at all I bought it!

What do you think?? (ignore the bra straps- well dont really as I would have little straps made for the dress)

This is the dress worn by our bride from last weekends wedding

Not very traditional, but very "her" if that makes sense!

BustyB - LOVE it. Where have you got it from and how much (if you don't mind me asking!) I'd love that in reverse - our colours are red, black and white (or ivory) so I'm looking for a 50's tea length dress in ivory to wear with big red petticoats and a red sash. I've got my priorities right though - already got my bright red shoes!
