OMG really!? That's so exciting!! Not met another QBM bride (although our florist got married there in 2010)! When are you getting married? Mine's in 8 weeks, gah!

ETA: Just noticed your ticker - you're two weeks before us!! How are you finding preparations?

Me either! Didn't think I'd ever find a venue twin on hitched. Exciting that we're venue twins and getting married only two weeks apart!!

Preparations are coming on well, I have a to-do list that's about a mile long but it's mainly the little things left. How about yours? Have you chosen your menu yet?

I'm pretty surprised too! They don't do that many weddings. We've been to see quite a few set up the mornings of the weddings and they're all so different. What theme are you having? It's such a blank canvas, I've made quite a few decorations for the room.

We went last weekend and chose menus. Going for the black pudding, chicken (although tasted the game pie and it was amazing), and cheesecake. How about you? Have you met the new coordinator, Mandy? You don't happen to have her email do you!? She didn't know it last weekend and can't get hold of Jenny.

We've not really got a theme but we're having a purple colour scheme. What kind of decorations have you made? I haven't got a lot really other than flowers, chair covers and ties for the curtains.. now I'm wondering if I need more!

We were going to have the chicken too but then tasted the roast beef which was amazing so went for that instead with melon starter & sticky toffee pudding. I think we must have different coordinators, we've got a new one but she's called Claire. Not met her yet, we've got our first meeting with her in two weeks. I've got her email address if that would help you?
