  I'd probably avoid the first one for children that age - too much chance of them fiddling with the flowers and pulling them off!

  Personally I prefer the second dress to the monsoon one.

  They are both nice. Only thing I would say is if you go for the second one just make sure the top half won’t cause irritation (looks like it’s sequins- if not then ignore this, haha) x
