Flower help- astilbe.....

Hi guys,

I ahve fallen in love with the idea of pale pink and white astilbe bouquets for my bridesmaids and a rose and astilbe bouquet for myself with astilbe buttonholes for the groom and best man. Does anybody ahve any idea if astilbe is expensive or is fairly cost effective, and also whether it would work alone in a small bunch as a buttonhole?

Hi - It's not overly expensive and is lovely for vintage looking bouquets. Your florist could use the tips of the astilbe for the buttonholes so it would work well in a small bunch.
