Food vans and speeches

Hi everyone,



Hoping I could get some advice. I'm looking at having food vans instead of the traditional sit down meal. But I still want the speeches and structure of a traditional wedding.
Is anyone planning similar or successfully pulled off something like this? I can't picture how it will all work together!
