www.foodfocus.co.uk - I promise I am not affiliated to this site in any way You can put in your height and weight, and how active your job/daily routine is before exercise. Then you tell it how much you want to lose, and it sets you a calorie target. From then on, you can log all your food and exercise and it keeps track of whether you're above or below your target and by how much. And it's free!
