I'm going to be making Delia Smith's Parmesan Coated Fish with Walnut Romesco Sauce and I've only gone and forgotten the bloody walnuts! ? As luck would have it, for dessert, I'm making Delia's Four Nut Chocolate Brownies (both recipes from her Winter Collection book) and so I have pecans, hazelnuts, macademias and almonds.
Could I substitute any of those for the walnuts and would it work?
Any advice would be greatly received. ?
