For those who had/are having a cheese buffet

knitting_vixen, 17 August, 2011 at 12:54 Posted on Planning 0 2

How much cheese did you buy?

We are eating the WB late and therefore will not be having a full on buffet... we do want to do a cheese buffet of 3 different cheeses, home made chutney, bread (actually we got carried away and also bought a ham and cupcakes).

Basically, want to cater for 60 of our guests (as I assume not everyone will want cheese as they don't like it/too full).

Have found a lovely local farm shop to purchase the cheese, but am wondering how much to get.

Any ideas hints or tips?
