I have just come across your post and I know it’s outdated but I am wondering if you could be of any help. Me and my partner are secretly eloping to London on 9th September and are desperate for 1 or 2 witnesses. We have the possibility of using our photographer as one but require another. My partner & I are in the exact same boat as you - we're getting married in London in April & our photographer is going to be 1 witness but we need to find 1 more. What did you do in the end?
