6AM- i'm wide awake.......mum and dad are still alseep......my brother is still asleep...... and the nerves kick in!
7AM- mum and dad are awake and joining me with the nerves, i get out the bridesmaids dresses and hang them up with their shoes, bags and presents on the floor underneath so that i'm organised for when the madness begins.
8AM- Nikki the Hair and Makeup lady turns up and things start to feel real. I'm so glad that Nikki was so chatty and had a good sense of humour, she kept me occupied while styling my hair.
9AM- My two BM's from school arrive and join me in the conservatory with Nikki and the atmosphere is amazing! Everyone is so excited!
10:30AM- my Flower Girl and last BM (sister-in-law!) arrive. by this point Nikki has curled my hair and tells me she will 'come back to me later' Pip, Laura and Hannah have their hair styled and my cousin curls my flower girls hair. i have never seen such an excited 5 year old in my life!
11:45PM- AM my hair and makeup complete, i take the girls up to my old bedroom so they can start getting ready. i take my dress into my mums bedroom as it is a bit bigger to prepare myself for getting in my dress!
12:00PM- Photographer arrives and i get into my dress and the photos start!
12:30PM- Flowers arrive
13:00PM- Cars arrive
And off we go!
The boys are all ready to go....
14:00PM- Lets get married!!
My garter kept falling down...... bridesmaid to the rescue!!
AND we had the same toast master as kate and wills!!! Ken Tappenden.....he was amazing!!!
THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE! i would recommend getting someone to video the day for you, even if its a friend with a camera, there is so much that you miss the first time round!
