So Ive just started being a fruitarian. Im not eating meat, or vegetables, or pastas.. basically eating fruit and that's it. So im not counting calories, im just eating fruit and drinking fruit juice/water till im content. (which I know isn't that much) I realize im most likely not reaching the daily amount of calories i should be getting but o well. So I was just wondering how much weight I could lose in a month.? Im 150 pounds and would love to be around 100. Im 5'7" and used to burn around 600 calories 5 times a week (at the gym) I would like to get back on that routine but will probably end up only burning about 300 day. So how long do you think it would take to reach my weight loss goal of 100 pounds.? thanks (btw ive been anorexic and bulimic for a long time, so don't say this isn't healthy because it's a lot more healthier compared to eating nothing, don't u think?)
