I am in the very early stages of planning - we have visited a couple of venues & have reserved one potential. I am very overwhelmed already especially around making a decision so that we don't lose the date.
The venue we have reserved is a barn who expect us to arrange a supplier for the chairs / tables etc however i have a question re logistics.
If the supplier sets up the day before i.e chairs for ceremony, tables & chairs for the reception would I / guests be expected to move items around for the evening reception or would the supplier come in at another time to do this?
As i say we are in the very early stages so i haven't even begun to think about a supplier for the furniture but i think it will help to know the answer before making a decision re the venue?
