I see a number of wedding planners/agencies charging for arranging the wedding admin and they will also deal with witnesses.
However, I don't want to engage an agency,
I read a thread on this forum about some sort of workaround regarding witnesses, that does not involve asking strangers in the street. The person said there was an easy and free solution, but didn't say what the solution was.
Does anyone have info on this?
