How exciting. Not surprised you can't sleep lol. Hope it is just a cold a not this really grotty virus that's going round. I've been laid up for a week! Been thinking glad it's not the week I'm getting married lol. Would not be a pretty sight walking down that aisle. All the guests and h2b would run away in fear!!

Get some night nurse down you tonight, then hopefully you'll have a great nights sleep. It's the only medicine I absolutely swear by when I have a cold.

Good luck ?, i'm sure it'll be fantastic. To try and help your cold, put a few drops of olbas oil in the bottom of a hot shower, works wonders at clearing your nose.

My tips for a good nights sleep when you have a cold (I get a lot of them) rub vicks vapor rub on both your chest and back, it might be a bit sticky but will really improve your breathing. Even more random if you are coughing a lot put the rub on the soles of your feet and wear cotton socks over and this will reduce the coughing whilst your sleeping. Honestly it does work!

Just a runny nose, which is driving me bamy! Picked up some night nurse for tonight, ate a raw half clove of garlic (yuk) eating well, guzzling green tea and popping pills thanks for the well wishes! Consider this my signing off thread ;D
