Not a fan of either of the two above, but I do love a big dress!

I'll probably go the ball gown route for mine, regardless of how impractical it may be :p they're just so.... weddingy!

I quite like ball gowns just not on me however not that big lol. Apart from the random furniture and small children you would collect as the day goes on do they even fit down aisles? And let's not even start on trips to the loo haha.

    I'm really drawn to them.

They could put you on a mobile platform and wheel you about - like a giant skateboard

I like that one too. I wonder how long / how many people it took to get that train laid out? I'm having enough trouble with mine.

You need a winter wedding chaffinch or would sweat buckets. Mind you could have battery fans up them as no-one would know. A wide aisle. Hope your dad has long arms!

Oh no ? one bride could accidently swallow up the other one and be sweeping her about all day while she frantically looks for her!

Haha these have out the size of my dress into perspective as I thought mine was too big and it's a standard size train haha

Looks awesome in the pic like a waterfall but jeez bet it's heavy!!

And why stop at the dress when you can have a hair piece like that!

Yes it is. That definately doesn't look like it should have a giant toilet roll under a legless Barbie! Wow.

I think I want the waterfall dress.

Bit gutted it doesn't have a matching headpiece tho. Why or why is there always a compromise ?

Each to their own and I am intreigued seeing them but honestly I dont get it

many of these brides suffer perminant damage from these dresses (scars on the hip bones from the weight and mesh material grating the skin are apparently very common from gypsy dresses)... who wants something that will physically hurt them ?

and no one can move in them, I plan to glide down the aisle not flail like im trying to fight my way out of a paper bag ☹️

I also dont get the attitude surround it... one of my favorite big fat gypsy wedding moments was an interview with a girl that went along the lines of

girl - 'I want a big dress because it unique, different, stand out and one of a kind'

interviewer - 'would you ever wear a fitted dress'

girl - 'ew no, nobody ever wears them'

? so basically you want to be 'different', 'unique', 'stand out' and 'one of a kind' by wearing and doing EXACTLY what everyone else does lol

I thought I liked big dresses, well that was until I tried one on! I just looked like a big fat ball of fluffy material with a little head sticking out! Not quite the bridal look I was going for!

Not really my cup of tea but would love to try one on just for a giggle - as I'm only 5"2 there is a good chance it would swallow me alive!
