I bought my shoes from Girls of Elegance website last week and they've yet to arrive.
I got a call from the manager apologizing that they haven't been dispatched because there out of stock & giving me several options. I hadn't even contacted to chase the order.
Ok fair enough my shoes haven't arrived but their customer service has made me happy so I thought I would share.
