Can anyone remember what questions are asked when giving notice? We do this on Tuesday :-) thanks

Our full names, addresses, jobs, date of birth, whether we had been married before etc. Its really just to check you are who you say you are and you can legally marry. (I'm hopeless with dates, so was repeating my OHs birthdate over and over like a mad thing before I went in for mine - and then went a blank on mine )
Unless one of you is from abroad, it's not that difficult. I have friends who've married people from other countries, and they got grilled a lot more, but that's to make sure it wasnt a marriage of convenience. So if you're both UK citizens, you won't have to worry about that.
