Guests Attendance

Sorry to hear this...but what do you mean? Are you struggling to chase RSVPs?

So I have had 52 out of 71 of my guests confirm they can attend the wedding but when I look at my guests I have 0/0. I will share a screenshot.

Also, when it comes to doing my seating plan I can't add a table onto the grid/add anyone to be seated. Any help would be very much appreciated please.

When you click on where it says guest do you them go to the list of guests that you have entered?
I noticed when they did an update a while ago in this second screen there are separate lists for ceremony, reception, evening etc which weren’t there when I originally set up my website and profile

I find myself confused about that feature here too. It would be great if there's a walkthrough on how that really works.

Think you can only do the seating plan from a laptop/pc hitched web page as I don't have the option for seating on the hitched phone app.

I have the seating plan all set up, I think I did it on a pc but can still look at who is on what table in the app. I had to select the bit where the guests are, so on mine they are all under ceremony and then once you are in that list you can see seating chart as an option

I am a business owner so always recommend to email support asap as it should definitely show people in green! They will be able to help
