Popped into H Samuel on the weekend to enquire about getting my white gold engagement ring cleaned for my wedding in 2 weeks and they said that as i purchased it from them the first clean (rhodium plating) is free. Just thought i'd let people know encase they've bought theirs from there. They said it was a special offer at the moment. Have to say the customer service has been fab too, they didn't even want to see my receipt and i got a discount for buying both my egagement ring and wedding ring from them. ?
