The main thing is finding someone who's style you like. My SIL paid a grand for her, me and her mum and it was sooo heavy and they girls were very trendy and I really didn't like it. Have a look at their portfolio on their website and give them a call to get costs and then go from there

Yep, totally agree - quality can vary a lot, along with price. Make sure that whoever you choose has a style you like, no point paying any amount of you don’t like their work! Good luck

Of my “top 2” who were available, one quoted £900 for make up alone (for me +2), plus travel costs on top. The second person quoted £360 for make up *and* hair for 3 of us….guess who I went with lol

Price varies hugely - and a lot of people whack on a substantial extra amount if you are the 'bride'. I put this to the test by asking for quotes as a bridesmaid for a particular hairstyle and then asking the same salon for a quote to do an identical hairstyle as bride - in some cases, the price was three times as much for exactly the same service!

It never hurts to shop around as long as you are comparing like with like.
